Terms of Service

IPDATA provides residential proxy IP services, including rotating residential IP proxies, static ISP residential IP proxies, HTTP/SOCKS5 protocol access, pay-as-you-go traffic plans, dedicated ISP lines, and related dashboard tools (collectively, the "Service").

By registering and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any term, please discontinue use of the Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to register an account.

Account information: You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account security: Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Account closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support@ipdata.hk. Unused wallet balances may be refunded upon request where eligible.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:

- Accessing, collecting, or processing others' personal data without lawful authority
- Sending spam, phishing, or any form of malicious communications
- Launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against any system or service
- Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized computer systems
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Violating any applicable law or regulation, including copyright, privacy, and cybersecurity laws
- Circumventing access controls to obtain unauthorized content
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Wallet balance: IPDATA uses a prepaid wallet model. All traffic plans are purchased using your wallet balance.

Traffic validity: Purchased traffic never expires — there are no deadlines or rollover restrictions.

Static ISP residential IPs: Static ISP lines are priced separately by line, region, availability period, or enterprise plan, as confirmed in the dashboard or with our support team.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD. Actual charges are processed at the exchange rate applied by Stripe at the time of payment.

Refund policy: Partially consumed traffic plans are non-refundable. Unused wallet balances may be refunded in special circumstances upon support review. Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust service prices with 7 days' advance notice posted on the site. Price changes do not affect already purchased traffic.

We strive to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The following may cause downtime:

- Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, regulatory changes, etc.)
- Third-party provider or network infrastructure failures
- Cyberattacks

Our liability for service interruptions is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service period.

IPDATA's brand marks, website content, software code, and documentation are protected by intellectual property law and are owned by IPDATA.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from our content, or reverse-engineer our services without express written permission.

Service provided "as is": We make no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPDATA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-party services: Our Service may depend on third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified 7 days in advance via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

If you have a dispute relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong under applicable arbitration rules.
