Last updated: May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IPDATA collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use ipdata.hk, our rotating residential IP proxy, static ISP residential IP proxy, and related services.
Minimal logging
No request bodies, cookies, or full URL paths are logged at the proxy layer.
Defined purpose
Connection metadata is used solely for billing, quality analytics, and security investigation.
Auto-deletion
Usage metadata is deleted after 90 days; server logs after 30 days.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
Account information: Email address and password (stored encrypted) provided during registration.
Usage data: Connection metadata for rotating residential and static ISP proxy sessions, including timestamps, bytes transferred, exit IP address, and target domain (eTLD+1 level only). Used for billing, service quality analytics, and anomaly investigation. Retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.
Payment information: Processed through Stripe. IPDATA does not store full card numbers or bank account details — only the transaction ID and amount returned by Stripe for billing reconciliation.
Log data: Server access logs (IP, timestamp, HTTP status code) retained for up to 30 days.
